We provide a service that protects privacy. We take your data very seriously and put a lot of effort into ensuring safe storage and protection of your data. We believe you should always know what data we collect and how we use it. This document (Privacy Policy) defines and informs you of any and all of the instances in which your data and information is collected and used.

We do not collect logs of your activity, including no logging of browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. Our guiding principle toward data collection is to collect only the minimal data required to operate a world-class Proxy service at scale.

This privacy policy will help you understand how Secure Proxy Browser Lite (“Secure Proxy Browser Lite”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and stores information.

The capitalized words used int this Privacy Policy as definitions are defined here or in our General Terms.

By visiting our Websites, by submitting your personal data to us, and by accessing, installing and/or using our Services, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any provisions hereof, please do not use our Services and Websites.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our PROXY app is a non-compulsory log network. Secure Proxy Browser Lite is not available for the information related to the personal information of users, including but not limited to names (subscriber name, user names and screen names), addresses (including mailing address, residential address, business address) and telephones, unless the data you provide depending on the context of your interactions with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use for the purpose of administering your subscription and for the purpose to enjoy our Proxy services. Except for the limited exceptions, we don’t automatically collect any Personal Information from you.

When you open the app seeking for our proxy services, the app assigns a unique identifier to you for the service (such a unique identifier just binds up with your device identification code, but does not tie to any other personal information of users). We use this unique identifier to serve the same proxy IP to the user in every session.

Secure Proxy Browser Lite uses your personal information only for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, and we don't sell your personal information to third parties without your prior consent.

2. SERVICE INFORMATION RELATED TO YOUR PROXY USAGE

Subject to applicable laws and for the avoidance to violate any internet service provider, any browsing information, traffic destination, data content, IP addresses, DNS queries or other similar information relating to your online activities transmitted by you to our servers is encrypted and cleared after the proxy “ session ” is closed. That said, we don't collect any information regarding the Secure Proxy Browser Lite app or any data stored on or transmitted from your device, including any data that applications on your device may transmit through the Proxy network. Secure Proxy Browser Lite has NO documents/information below under the situations of the limited connecting with your personal information and the non-collection of the Secure Proxy Browser Lite app or any data stored on or transmitted from your device:

  • * We do not know which user ever accessed a particular website or service.
  • * We do not know which user was connected to the Proxy at a specific time.
  • * We do not know the set of original IP addresses of a specific user's device or the temporarily assigned network addresses.

If anyone would like to access to or try to compel Secure Proxy Browser Lite to release user information based on any of the above, we cannot supply this information because the data don't exist.

For the purpose to fulfill our contractual obligations in good faith and to make you enjoy excellent Proxy services, we collect the following information related to your Proxy usage:

2.1 Information related to Apps and Apps versions:

We collect information related to which Apps and Apps version(s) you have activated. It makes our Support Team efficiently find out and eliminate technical issues for you.

2.2 Information related to Connection:

We collect information about whether a Proxy connection is successful on a particular day (but not a specific time of the day), to which Proxy location, and from which country/ISP. The minimal information allows us to provide efficient technical support to you, such as identifying connection problems, providing country-specific advice about how to use our Proxy services, and to enable our engineers to identify and fix network issues.

2.3 Aggregate sum of data transferred (but not any websites you visit or any data transmitted from your device):

We collect information regarding the total amount of data transferred by a given user. It is one of our service principles to provide unlimited data transfer. However, if we notice that a single user pushes more traffic than thousands of others combined, which influences other users to enjoy high-quality service, we may seek the reason with the user.

We ensure that we never log browsing history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries. Therefore, we do not know which user ever accessed a particular website or service.

2.4 Anonymous Data for Network Diagnostics, Study and Analysis:

When you become one of our users for the Proxy services, with your permission, we collect minimal usage statistics and anonymized analysis data used for network diagnostics in our network operations tools, for the purpose to optimize network speeds and to let us identify problems related to specific apps, Proxy servers, or ISPs. Learning and analyzing the statistics allows us to improve the quality of the services and the products. We ensure the information we receive is fully anonymized and cannot be tied back to individual users.

2.5 We will collect the following information:

  1. Diagnostic information about if and how a Proxy connection attempt failed.
  2. Speed test data.
  3. Crash reports, also without any personally identifiable information. These are handled in an anonymized form by third parties, dependent on the platform you are using.

2.6 Conclusion:

We collect minimal usage statistics to maintain our quality of service. Although we provide service to users improving the network speed, we can't uniquely identify any specific behavior of any user, because thousands of users share one same location simultaneously to enjoy surfing the internet and the usage pattern overlaps with thousands of other customers who also connected to the same location on the same day.

Regarding the sensitive data, we've engineered out systems to categorically eliminate the storage of sensitive data. We never know HOW they have utilized our Service.

We stand by our firm commitment to our customers' privacy by not possessing any data related to a user's online activities.

3. THE USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

3.1 How we use information:

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  1. Provide, operate, and maintain our Services;
  2. Improve, personalize, and expand our Services;
  3. Understand and analyze how you use our Services;
  4. Develop new products, services, features, and functionality;
  5. Process your transactions.
  6. Send you push notifications.
  7. Find and prevent fraud; and
  8. For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Service, or other legal rights, or as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency.

3.2 How we share information:

We may share the information we collect in various ways, including the following:

  1. Vendors and Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers that provide services on our behalf, such as helping to provide our Services, for promotional and/or marketing purposes, and to provide you with information relevant to you such as product announcements, software updates, special offers, or other information.
  2. Aggregate Information: Where legally permissible, we may use and share information about users with our partners in aggregated or de-identified form that can't reasonably be used to identify you.
  3. Analytics: We collect minimal usage statistics and anonymized analytics data used for network diagnostics in our network operations tools. Please see more information in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.
  4. Business Transfers: Information may be disclosed and otherwise transferred to any potential acquirer, successor, or assignee as part of any proposed merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets.
  5. With Your Consent: We may share information with your consent.

4. ADVERTISING

We are proud to offer free, advertising-supported Proxy service to the users. We work with third-party advertising partners to serve ads to the users who choose free Proxy service.

We ensure that we do not target any personal information based on these ads. Although you opt in to use the free, advertising-supported Proxy service, we won't share the advertisers any your personal information or any usage information without your prior consent.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, these advertising partners may set and access their own cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies on our services, and they may otherwise collect to have access to information about you which they may collect over time and across different online services.

5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The main goal of Secure Proxy Browser Lite is to keep your information private. We are not at all encouraging any of its users to use the app for any illegal activities. Customers are using the software on their own liabilities. You should always abide by the law of the country you are residing.

6. SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

Secure Proxy Browser Lite uses best-in-class physical, procedural, and technical security concerning our offices and information storage facilities to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of information. Access to user information is restricted to staff who require such access to perform their job functions.

While we believe these systems are robust, it is important to understand that no data security measures in the world can offer 100% protection.

Servers are housed in data centers with strong security practices. None of these data centers require us to collect or store any traffic data or personal information related to your use of Proxy Services. If any data center were to ask us to log such data we would immediately cease operations with said data center and find alternative options.

7. MOBILE IDENTIFIERS

A mobile identifier is an identifier provided by an Android device. It does not contain your name or email address. Secure Proxy Browser Lite uses mobile identifiers to generate statistics related to the marketing channels and advertising partners through which users learned about and signed up for Secure Proxy Browser Lite mobile apps.

7.1 Disabling or resetting mobile identifiers

Users may disable or reset the mobile identifiers associated with their devices at any time. Google’s page on Managing your Google Settings on your Android device.

8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Site may contain links to external websites that do not fall under Secure Proxy Browser Lite's domain. Secure Proxy Browser Lite is not responsible for the privacy practices of the content of such external websites.

By using the Site, Content, Apps, Software, or Services, you agree to have your information handled as described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

10. USERS IN THE EURIPOEAN UNION (GDPR)

Secure Proxy Browser Lite is committed to user privacy globally, and our existing practices reflect that through a minimal collection of data and ensuring users have control over their personal information. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU) requires us to outline those practices in a specific manner for users in the EU.

In line with the GDPR, we collect and process the data outlined in this Privacy Policy on one of the following bases, depending on the circumstances:

  1. Providing users with the Services and Apps they have requested.
  2. Managing user subscriptions and processing payments.
  3. Providing customer support

11. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (CCPA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information about the types of personal information the business has collected, shared with, and/or sold to third parties for a business or commercial purpose during the immediately preceding calendar year.

We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, without prior notice to you, consistent with applicable privacy laws and principles. Your continued use of the Site of Service constitutes your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
